Not completely entranced by the brilliance of your new Nzuri Gems jewel or piece? Return it, hassle free, within 30 days from the day it arrives.

Take these quick steps in order to return your item:

 

1. Email info@nzurigems.com requesting a return, include the purchaser name and order number in the email.

2. Receive your complimentary insured UPS Label from one of our Team Members (International returns need to be paid for and insured by customer).

3. Drop your package off at your local UPS Location, or arrange for at-home pick up via ups.com. Our Team will let you know when we received your item back, we do not charge restocking fees.

4. Our Quality Control Team takes a microscopic look and confirms no damage and/or unauthorized repair has occurred.

5. A confirmation email of Return Authorization and Refund will be sent to you.

  

Expect your refund within 2 weeks, credit card companies timelines vary, we apologize in advance. All items must be in their original purchase condition, must include all undamaged product packaging and materials, and must be shipped within 30 days of purchase date.

Nzuri Gems will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +1 (877) 880-5594. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Nzuri Gems, US. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. All items exceeding $10,000 in price may incur a 3% restocking fee upon return.

Online Returns do not apply to the following items:

 

  • Item(s) shipped over 30 days ago.
  • Exchanges or repairs.
  • Items that became damaged or defective after delivery. Nzuri Gems does not cover lost or damaged gems or diamonds (customers are recommended to purchase insurance to protect against lost or stolen gems). 

 

Nzuri Gems purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Nzuri Gems has approved your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.

If you would like to change or cancel an order please call Nzuri Gems Customer Service at +1 (877) 880-5594, or email info@nzurigems.com. We will accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a Nzuri Gems Care Free Return once you have received the shipment.
